He gave me options and educated me on those options because of Andre I will now use this company first for any of my hvac, plumbing and electrical needs. Oh I also like that they send the technicians picture and some personal details as well.
- FGFastEddie GloorOct 31, 20251.0NO QUALITY CONTROL!!! We had 2 technetium’s come out yesterday. One to diagnose why out furnace would not stay running and one for an estimate on a new furnace. We were told our furnace was working fine (and charged almost $300 with the BSP Family Plan). One of the techs left the gas off and we woke up to a 61 degree house this morning. NO QUALITY CONTROL!!! We had an issue earlier this year with our swamp cooler and the tech not tightening the bolts on the pulley after replacing the belt. NO QUALITY CONTROL!!!
