  My roof is over 10 years old and I contacted Bailey Roofing & Exteriors to get a roof inspection. I thought it was going to be a simple inspection - not so. Daniel Burgess not only inspected my roof, he took a ton of pictures, prepared a 30+ page detailed roof report and took the time to explain each item to me. I was completely blown away at the knowledge and thoroughness of the report. I now have options on how to extend the life of my roof, without incurring the cost of a whole new roof. All homeowners need to contact them to have a roof inspection done - it's DEFINITELY worth it!

  As a realtor the roof report & inspection that Daniel Burgess at Bailey Roofing & Exteriors; is a fabulous tool for my sellers. They can leave this detailed information out for prospective buyers to look at during showings. The smaller fixes & service are done as part of the roof report. On the buyer side of the table, Daniel is a great asset to have in my back pocket to check out a roof for potential buyers. His GoNano product can extend the life of of a roof for years to come and is helpful with getting a deal done where the roof is a little bit older; but not in need of being replaced. He is a valuable asset for my clients and me!
