  Jorge was above and beyond fantastic! Very knowledgeable, thorough, kind, with high integrity, and high level of service. We experienced this with Sam as well. Applewood is a phenomenal company. It has earned our loyalty for any future heating, air conditioning, humidity control, or plumbing needs. We have worked with a number of companies over many years. Applewood has proven to be the very best!

  I tend to keep second guessing my calls to Applewood. Are they too expensive? Why do they spend so much on marketing? But then, I still call—usually bc I’m in a pinch and they’re who I know and have history. And everytime—this time no exception—I am struck by how first class they are. Responsive, thorough, respectful and value based. Tony was amazing (as they all are) and my issues were all addressed comprehensively and with options all presented. Way to take a stressful situation and turn it into something positive.

  Nate was fantastic, he showed up a few minutes early. Diagnosed the problem, gave me some options and fixed the problem in no time. Great value for exceptional service and I have heat again in my home. Thanks so much Nate, you are great at your job. Amazing knowledge and customer service. I will be contacting Nate in the fall for the next step with my heating needs. Thanks again.

  I have nothing but praise for electrician Ben Geisland. He did a fantastic job (actually 2 separate jobs) for me and he was prompt and efficient. He carefully explained what he needed to do. Electrical systems are complex and contain many interdependent components. Ben was able to evaluate the systems in my house, by examining the data and identifying the root causes of the problems. He was able to quickly troubleshoot in the moment. By constrast, about a decade ago, I hired an electrician when my electrical components began to flicker. That electrician informed me that squirrels had chewed up the wiring and that there were some dead squirrels in the attic. Without first going into the attic, Ben was able to fix major flickering problems with several light switches inside the house by running diagnostics and he replaced one switch in the kitchen and rewired the switches in another area so there was a better connection. Finally, Ben did need to enter the attic where he did not find any dead squirrels, but he found most of the protective covering on all the wiring had been eaten through by the squirrels most likely a decade earlier when the other electrician had removed the dead squirrels but had not protected the wiring. Overall, Ben restored my house in good, safe working order. I also found that he was so efficient he really kept the price very reasonable. And finally, he cleaned up all the work he needed to do. I highly recommend using Ben for any electrical problems anyone may have. 100%

  Dear Sir or Madam, Unfortunately, despite John's efforts my leak continues to leak. In fact it may be worse than it was before he came to repair it. I need to get with my wife this evening and discuss our next steps. We maybe going with a different company. This was the third visit for someone from Applewood to address this bathroom issue and it's still not resolved. I will let you know what our decision is regarding any future work. Thanks.
