  We had a great experience with All City Floors--they were recommended by our realtor. After meeting with their estimator Cliff and getting a reasonable quote, we didn't bother taking the time to look elsewhere. Joe brought the hardwoods back to life in the 1940 house we're remodeling (some under a couple layers of linoleum other boards needed replacement). He was communicative, upbeat, and clearly loved his craft "Wow!!! You don't see 11-foot boards anymore!" Leigh Ann, who handled the scheduling/billing, was easy to work with and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the job. She sent Shawn to do a little warranty work in response to a very small area of concern. Highly highly recommend.

  Reece and everyone at All City Floors did an amazing job repairing damaged bamboo floors--no small feat when the product is so hard to find. Bravo to All City Floors!

  We had All City recently do a screen and coat on our white oak floors and are thrilled with result. The floors look as good or even better than we had when first installed. The whole experience was great - From Jonah visiting our home twice to provide estimates (since we originally had him out in 2018 but didn't do work then) to Leigh Ann answering all of our questions and going through several iterations of work to James leading things on site and taking the time to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend All City! And for those thinking of a screen and coat to extend the life of your floors before resanding, we would say do it!

  We originally chose this company based on a recommendation from our contractor. I would never recommend doing business with this company due to the following reasons: 1) The original job was for the installation of hardwood floors in 4 rooms of our home: a. The sanding team showed up 6 hours late and reeked of smoke and marijuana. This delayed us from getting back into our house by one day and also negatively impacted other contractors; delaying our renovation b. There were at least 20 spots where a significant amount of debris was trapped in the finish. All of the spots had be redone, further delaying the completion of our renovation 2) We recently had a minor leak and needed 4 boards replaced. When we questioned the cost due to the fact that it was approximately 10% of the original job cost; we were told by two different employees that “they are in business to make money”. I contacted the owner Dick Hoffman twice to discuss this and never received a call back.
