This company is unreliable, unresponsive and will treat you as though you are being unreasonable to ask them to correct mistakes made by subcontractors they use who are sloppy and cut corners.

We walked into the showroom and had a great experience with Brittney who helped us find exactly what we were looking for and helped us with all our questions. Delivery went very well with Lorenzo and installation was even better than expected. Our installation crew was managed by Daniel and he was kind, hardworking and on top of the details. His crew did great too. They cleaned up every night and even finished way ahead of schedule (in 4 days)! We have remodeled most of our house and wish everything else had gone as smoothly as this! I made an appointment for an estimate 3 weeks out and during that scheduling told them it needed to be done by the next week before a party we were holding. It was a very simple job that they assured would only take 2 days. After the estimate Aaron told me he would have the office call me to set up an appointment and that it wouldn't be a problem to get it done. After 24 hrs of not hearing from anyone I called the office only for the lady to tell me there is no availability for install for 2 weeks. Now I am left high and dry to try and get another estimate and get the work completed in the next week. It's one thing to be lied to but then for them to not even contact me about the unavailability is insulting. I will tell contractor friends that have future projects to stay clear of this company.
