  Julian and Elijah were great. Checked out our furnace (no issues) and then cleaned our air conditioner. It was very dirty and is now immaculate. They provided excellent customer service! Very pleasant experience.

  Came out to install some sink drain hardware I purchased myself before I knew how difficult the job would be due to corrosion of the existing hardware. Eli had no problems using the equipment I purchased, which saved me some money. When a small leak developed later that night, Eli came back on the next day to make some changes and took care of the leak. Eli and and office staff schedulers are pleasant, professional, flexible, and easy to work with.

  During a deep freeze, the water supply line to my toilet froze. Chris H. came and fixed the problem. He was friendly and professional, and genuinely cared about my home and safety. He even took the time to show me the water shutoff valve and step me through how to winterize the home during vacations. Unfortunately the line refroze overnight, and when I contacted the company again they made it right. Chris H came back, rethawed the line, and then creatively solved the problem by giving me a way to continuously run water through that line during very cold weather.

  Just want to say that Dr. Fix-It is even great when there has been a problem that needs additional attention days later. That was our situation. The work previously done was very good. But we found a problem when we finished the wall and tried to put the plumbing fixtures back in place. We made a quick call, got an appt. the next day, and Zane was very friendly, supportive, helpful and looked for solutions to work with us to get the job done, and make the customer happy. Thank You, Zane. Much appreciated! Call this company. You won't be disappointed.......
