EXTREMELY DISHONEST COMPANY.
I own an Airbnb downtown and called brothers for a plumbing emergency. They gave me a time window that they would arrive and they didn’t show up. To make matters worse, they did not answer their phone. I spent over an hour of my Sunday extremely stressed trying to call them. My guest was left without a toilet because they promised they would come and didn’t. Their horrible business practices directly impacted my weekend AND my business. Completely unacceptable. Do not schedule with this company. THEY WILL GHOST YOU WHEN YOU NEED THEM THE MOST.
Andrew and Keith were wonderful. The other night my AC made this awful noise, which prompted my call. They were able to get Andrew and Keith out within 24 hours of scheduling.
They were right on time a very efficient - it was easy to track their arrival time through the link texted to me before the appointment.
They inspected the unit, found a small issue, and quickly fixed it for a fair price. As I know absolutely nothing about A/C units, they could have easily robbed me blind!
I’ve used the competition in the past and I can safely say that I’ll be using Brothers moving forward. Wonderful people to work with!

I've been using Brothers since moving into the current house and have been steadily more disappointed. They always find the most expensive way to fix something and every one of their free inspections finds something expensive that "really ought to be fixed." They also keep calling trying to offer services I don't want. They roped us into a home care plan with a one year commitment. After they failed to stop calling about the same services I said I never wanted, I asked them to cancel the home care plan and just never call again. But they are still billing us for it even though they promised to cancel.

I just had Brothers replace a bronzed Delta kitchen faucet. The cost of the faucet from their supplier was about $452. Joe Pineda did a very nice job installing the replacement. It took him about 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hrs. Everything works well, so I am happy with that. But the total charge was $1,111. I called the company because I felt the labor charge was excessive. It is well above the norm for this area. I spoke with a manager Justin, who disagreed. He explained that the charge the company set for the job was "reasonable." He said that the company has many expenses. It charges a flat fee for each project, but it is not clear to me how that is calculated. I I asked for an itemized bill but the company didn't provide that. They gave me no breakout for each item, just a total cost with a list of what was included. Learn from my experience: If you need a kitchen faucet replaced, Brothers will do a good job but be prepared for quite an excessive bill - perhaps the largest you have ever seen for the job.

All I needed was a little assurance that the work I wanted done wasn't going to be out of my price range. The young ladies that answered the phone were very nice and helpful setting up the apartment to fit my schedule. I asked the first young woman if I could get a ballpark price for the work I need . She apologized saying she didn't have any idea, however the technician carriers most everything I would need.( BTW. All I wanted was to replace the riser to the toilet. ) I set the appointment. However after not getting an complete answer and not feeling comfortable with Brothers Plumbing. I called back to see if I could be assured that I would receive a fair price along with quality work. The second young woman was truly sympathetic to my request. She said she would get a supervisor to help me. I stayed on the line . He came in to the phone told me his name was Mike. I explained the repair was minor, but still wanted a ballpark price. His response was so you want the cheapest price , it sounded like he was showing off in front of the young woman who was trying to help me. He told me at this point about $500.00 . I told him I had made a mistake calling Brothers plumbing ,thanked him for his time . P S Mike didn't even ask what work I need done . Never said how can we at Brothers plumbing help you. When did common courtesy leave our business world.
