  We had Blue Sky Plumbing come in to correct issues caused during the initial installation by a different company of our on demand water heating system. Matt went through the system, identified the problems, and completed the job for the price he had quoted us. He was extremely easy to work with and when he was finished, the area was clean and better organized than before he started.

  Don't be put off by AI receptionist -- this place comes off as a neighborhood, family-run business. They were able to squeeze me in for a tough job; estimate was much better than one we got from competitor; financing was easy and accounting department was very helpful when we had a glitch. Will definitely use them again.

  I've had many good experiences with Blue Sky, but I have to mention that Patrick Whalin did an extremely good job of explaining how new components of my HVAC system (surge protection, humidifier, and anti-bacterial light) that he installed worked. The new systems aren't as simple as they used to be, but he was patient in explaining what he did, what I needed to do, and what the settings meant.

  Technician was 1.5 hours late past the 4 hour scheduling window (window was 9am to 1pm). There is not a common understanding between the dispatcher and technician as to whether the $95 appearance fee counts towards the fee for the service being performed once the service is agreed upon. Once onsite the technician was excellent.

  Blue Sky Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric is more than just a company to us; they are a partner in maintaining our home and my mother-in-law's home. We have an older home with a boiler system for heat, and I have used Blue Sky exclusively for 23 years to help maintain it. Kris came in November and helped us with a major service, and replaced several parts that were at the end of their service lifespan. His product knowledge and expertise were beyond impressive. What I want from technicians is the truth as they see it, and the options on how to address any issues, and I always ask them, “If this were your home, and your money, what would you do?” Kris and all the techs at Blue Sky have earned my trust time and again with candid opinions and fair options. I never feel like I'm being upsold or that paying now for something that is not yet necessary. Again, I feel like they are partners with me in maintaining my home. Yesterday, Anthony came to help us with our evaporative cooler start-up. He shows up with a big smile and a positive attitude. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was just as it should be. He even washed the outer cover of the evaporative cooler as he had noticed that it was pretty dirty after a dry winter, and he wanted to make sure none of that dirt made it into the cooler and negatively affected its performance. Today, Jeff visited my mother-in-law’s home to help her with her AC maintenance. She's 87 years old and she struggles a bit with her memory. Jeff completed all the checks on the AC equipment and got it ready for the warm-weather months. He was so kind and patient with my mother-in-law, explaining what he was doing and answering all of her questions. The #1 reason I continue to use Blue Sky year after year is the people. Whether it’s the technicians or the folks in the office, I get exceptional service from well-trained, highly competent professionals. And it all starts at the top. It is the culture of this company, and from the top down, it’s how they do business.
