  Bobby did a great job servicing our generator. He arrived on time as expected, and was very congenial and professional The service work was flawless, and the generator looked like new when he was done. Great job overall!

  First of all, Bear Jamison is absolutely incredible! I have never owned a generator and he taught me so much! He answered and explained the how and why of every question to me. His kindness, and not in a rush, way of dealing with me, was so refreshing. Spectrum Electric is a great company to deal with and if you need a Generac repaired or replaced, I would definitely ask for Bear!!! One of a kind gentleman that I had the pleasure of meeting.   Jerome (Bear) and Bobby did the annual maintenance on our generator. They were focused and efficient in their work, and I could tell that they worked very well together. Based on the questions that I asked about operation of the generator and the transfer switch, they took the time to track down a problem (that I wasn't aware of) with one of the units that manages power to a particular circuit. They were in contact with personnel in the office and in the field to verify the problem and to make sure that the solution worked. Their communication with others was quick and to the point. Spectrum and its team members are the best! Skilled technicians working for a superbly-managed organization.

  Ryan Majure was great! Final installation, operational checks, and customer orientation was efficient. Ryan is super knowledgeable and took time to answer our questions. Work site was clean and final work was extremely professional. Thanks to the whole team from beginning to end!

  Bear did a great job fixing my Generac that wouldn't start. He was quick & thorough, and dealt with me watching over his shoulder and asking questions. Scheduling the maintenance took a while, but it was worth the delay. Prices quoted up front were fair & accurate.
