The generator always comes on when the power goes out and we live stress free from fear of power outages. We just had a new water heater installed, and in the process, they must have let some air into the gas line and when the power went out this week the generator did not start. We called Spectrum and told them we lost our key (they could have walked us through starting it if we hadn't lost it) but within 15 minutes, someone showed up and started it and gave us a new key. The guys who do the yearly maintenance and always efficient.

He went over every single question I had. I am a new home owner I wanted to learn how things worked and he took the time to teach me. He did not stop until he knew the generator would work, finding and fixing each error code thrown every part used was already loaded in the van no wait no returning later he got my generator running. A great experience all around! 100% recommend.
