- MSMayra SaucedoMar 15, 20251.0Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I built my home with Richmond Homes in Settlers Crossing and it has been the worst experience ever. The quality of work is extremely low—basic construction and structural issues were evident during a home inspection within the first year, and many of these problems still haven’t been resolved. To make matters worse, the warranty department has been a complete nightmare, giving me the runaround despite the issues falling within the 12 month warranty period. I expected a higher standard of workmanship and better customer service, and I’m very disappointed with how this has been handled.
