  I needed a spring replaced and general maintenace. I couldnt get them to give me an idea of pricing on the phone. I was told no trip charge, but there is an inspection fee no one said anything about. The work was fine and the door functions, but I feel that I was gouged on the pricing. I was taken advantage of for needing the done now and not having time to shop around and get quotes, and there was a $150 inspection fee I would have to pay if I did shop around. I looked after the fact and I paid too much ($1250) for what ended up being 45-60 minutes of work. I won't be calling these guys in the future.

  Excellent customer service. Every person I spoke with had excellent customer service and they were able to schedule an appointment for me the very next day of my contacting them. The technician, Andrea K. was knowledgeable respectful of my home, and explained everything I needed to make an informed decision. I appreciated the communication on timing of everything and would highly recommend.

  I found myself in a bind when my garage door suddenly malfunctioned, leaving me stuck. Fortunately, One Clear choice was able to accommodate me at the last minute. Their technician arrived promptly, assessed the issue quickly, and had everything fixed in no time. Not only were they professional and skilled, but they also provided excellent customer service throughout the process. I truly appreciate their help during a stressful time. I highly recommend them for any garage repairs.

  John and Andre from 1 Clear Choice were able to identify and resolve all of our garage door and opener issues. They were professional, knowledgeable and super nice. Really appreciated how they answered all of my questions in depth and spent time ensuring we understood all of the work that was performed and especially walking us through the details at the end before leaving. Highly recommend this company for any of your garage door needs (installation and/or service).

  Wow wee! The whole experience was amazing! Got service within hours of my call. Loved how Jessica gave me an update on when Jonathan would arrive 90 minutes after my estimate time. Jonathan is a lovely person. Loved his confidence, his honesty, his personality. I am thrilled with how successful the whole project went. I will so refer people to this company and hope when I need service again that Jonathan will still be there . I would give him a 10 star if it was possible. A very happy new customer Thank you!
