- BBBrian BallardApr 27, 20251.0They showed up 4 hours late, then started while I was out. I had to leave for an appointment which I had told them about. They didn't loosen the pipe connectors on my sump pump or radon and I wasn't able to get there in time. The seal around it broke and buckled the connector. They left mud all over the basement floor. To finish off, my good push broom that I had cleaned the basement with to prepare is missing. I guess they were using it for their haphazard cleanup and just thew it in their truck. For almost $4000 they should clean up and use their own broom.

I was always impressed by his ability to improve and level concrete at multiple locations. Looks like Dan retired and sold his company. You can find better out there. I would suggest it. When I brought my issues up, all I got with an argument. We will not do business with them again.
