- KKKhayrOct 23, 20251.0Went there to APU heater maintenance. Quoted me $900 something to just replace fuel pump. Provided them with my own fuel pump with the same part number they said it won’t work. Charged 300 for diagnostic even though she said it’s gonna be 0.6 hour for that. Went to TA they replaced it for 70 something. If you are spending your own money please don’t go there. These people are total scam. Very unprofessional business practices. After I refused repairs , they didn’t close top heater shield well pinching electric wires. Instead of 6 screws required they closed with two. OO’s be aware don’t get scammed in these locations. I’d put 0 if I could
- GAG AJun 15, 20211.0I stopped in to get my bunk heater repaired. They claimed that the took the unit apart and sand blasted the combustion chamber and charged me $650. It worked for 2 days and then stopped. I went to thermo king in Kansas and the combustion chamber had about two inches of carbon buildup. The tech said it would take at least a year for that to happen. He also showed me the tabs which signal the unit being removed, still intact. He said that the unit had never been removed and thermo king of Denver wasn't honest with me. I complained to the corporate office and they told me that I would be refunded the $650, but that never happened. I had gone to thermo king of Denver once 8 months earlier for the same problem and was charged $650. So I was charged twice for work that was never done. I was told by their corporate office that there's a way to run kerosene through the system to get one to work again, but he stated that as a temporary fix and it's against company policy to do that. Thermo king of Denver will never get my business again!
