I called at 7 AM, and within an hour a gentleman from Ben Dowd Excavating was already in my yard getting to work. He was so kind, calm, and reassuring during a very stressful situation. You could tell he wasn’t focused on money his priority was getting my water back on as quickly as possible, and he did exactly that. Exceptional customer service, fast response, and genuinely good people. I’m beyond grateful and highly recommend this company!
