We had a very clogged toilet that I tried to clear myself over the course of 2 to 3 days. I finally gave up and called Plumbline and a technician by the name of Tate arrived early last week and was very courteous and friendly and efficient. He was able to clear the drain in about 15 to 20 minutes. He also tested the drain to make sure that it wouldn’t clog up again quickly, and it appeared to be fine. Very good experience with this company and I like their subscription program.

Roman and Jonathan arrived on time and were very respectful. I had just got the carpets done and they were very clean and left no messes. They were a delight to talk to and very sweet! Also informative and professional for being young. I would highly recommend them and had a great time with them here! Amazing employees that deserve a 5 star review. Brian the seller was also informative and helped me come to a decision that was best for us! Overall amazing experience with this company. They did a wonderful job and exceeded expectations. Excellent at its finest!!! Water is so important for the health and everyone should have clean water. Again Roman and Jonathan were amazing.

Peyton McPherson came out for a routine furnace inspection/service appt and told us that our 4 year old furnace had a hole in the heat exchanger. We had not had a single issue with our furnace, nor did any of our carbon monoxide alarms ever go off (which is highly likely if the heat exchanger had a hole). He told us unfortunately the heat exchanger was out of warranty and the cost to repair it was nearly $5,500. He told us he was required to turn our gas off and we shouldn’t turn it back on until the issue was resolved. We called the company who installed our furnace 4 years ago and they came out (free of charge), completely took the heat exchanger apart and said there were absolutely no issues. He also told us we have a 20 year warranty on the heat exchanger and the warranty was indeed still in force and would cover any issues if there were any. We called Plumbline to let them know that we’d received a second opinion and were told a manager would follow up and that never happened. We were horrified that we received a quote to fix an issue that didn’t exist on a furnace that was still fully under warranty. I hope Plumbline is not preying on elders or others who may not know to get a second opinion.

Gas fumes near water heater and furnace. After installation two years they replaced the plastic controller box. Fumes came back, but explanation was it’ll dissipate. It didn’t, but it was faint. My son told me on his visit, it needed to be checked out. With his contractor background he said it was the tubing connecting to the controller.
Xcel tagged it as a hazard. Plumbline checked it out no charge, ordered the burner replacement. Installed it with no charge. The fumes smell is gone. The only reason I gave them 4 stars not 5 is it wasn’t fixed correctly at installation.
I also gave myself a low star rating for lack of persistence.
Plumbline’s technicians were highly competent, focused on finding the problem and pleased to have finally fixed it.

After a "FREE" visit, the Tech quoted $1400 to fix a simple pump replacement that will take 30-45 minutes on our tankless water heater (according to Navien Tech Line and other over-phone quotes). Others have quoted over the phone $250-$450 (but they can't get to it until late next week at the earliest).
The water heater itself would be $1500 to replace! There is no way this job was even 1/3 of $1400!
He also said he DOES NOT do diagnostic for free; and that is $365 (later put in his estimate $233). So, Plumbline mis-represented that as well -- since I literally have it documented from their rep via text that they will do the diagnostic for free.
All of that is highway robbery. They also wasted our workday by coming out 4 hours later than the END of the originally scheduled window of time (they did call to say they are running late). We should bill THEM for that time staying home ALL day on a workday -- instead of the planned half day.
WE DO NOT recommend these guys. Seems like they are just another company that hopes folks accept an outrageous estimate because they are already in your home after accepting a $49 or Free estimate. We went with one of the quotes that are WAY LOWER and waited until they were available. Fixed for $250 TOTAL!
