  Really prompt response when I submitted my request for service, after hours to boot! Text communications back and forth wherein I sent in a photo of my furnace unit, they diagnosed my (admittedly very simple) problem via text, then had a service member out as soon as they were able. 5min fix, and we were back up and running. Really appreciated how painless and transparent the entire process was. Never felt like I had to guess at any step. Got a customer for life right here.

  A technician came to my home and made a bid for installation of heat pumps, air conditioners and furnaces. The air conditioner bid was for a unit from last year having only 13 seer, so I asked for a bid for of the 2023 version of the air conditioner (which offerred 16 seers and a rebate). Technician never got back to me with a new bid. He never got back to me at all! Obviously, I was unhappy with my experience with JC Mechanical and would not recommend the company to others. The company we signed with was Steele Brotthers Heating, Inc. Very professional company that worked closely with my wife and myself to address our needs.

  JC Mechanical was great! They squeezed us in when our store lost AC and did a great job and follow up with the repair.
