  I had Nathan come out to do an inspection in our attic to give me a second opinion on a mold issue we were having. He was immediately able to identify the issue correctly after the original roofer we hired couldn’t. He answered all of my millions of questions even though I never actually had to hire him for any repairs. The next time we need a roofer,I will absolutely be contacting him again instead of the original roofer that replaced our roof. He was so kind and informative and easy to talk to. Don’t hesitate to reach out to him!

  I would describe 'Jack the Roofer' after my roof repair as prompt, professional, scheduled, honest inspections and bids. Friendly office staff with a well trained efficient crew. My experience was most excellent and I would highly recommend JACK THE ROOFER. Especially Nathan and Jennifer who were an absolute pleasure. Lilly

  Everything went fine. The estimator, Jake, was friendly and knowledgeable and made some add-on recommendations that I approved. Installation of my new roof was only one day with a crew of 7. Only the lead guy spoke English but he was responsive and understanding of my questions. The only issue that I had with the installers was that the installation day was very windy and lots of stuff was blowing off the roof. I am still finding tar paper, plastic strips, and roofing nails months later on the ground around my house and yard (I own 4 acres). I took a large magnet with a handle out a few weeks ago and walked around the south side of the house with it due to one of my dogs stepping on a roofing nail and found 2 handfuls of roofing nails in 15 minutes. The roofers had a large magnet that they used a number of times going around the house to pickup nails but they missed many, especially on the south side.. Jack, the owner of Jack the Roofer, came by last week to put up a ladder so the Jefferson County Building inspector could get on the roof for the final inspection. I had a good conversation with him and told him about the issues. Mostly I was concerned about all the roofing nails left. He was apologetic and said he would speak with the lead installer about the issues I brought up. To summarize, I would definitionally use Jack the Roofer again and would recommend the company to all for new roof installations.

  I called Jack the Roofer to check my roof again. They checked it two years ago and suggested a follow up. This time my roof did need some repairs. They, again, were easy to work with and matched my existing shingles after making sure they were the correct ones. Fair pricing, wonderful customer service. I will call them again!
