Driver almost sandwiched me against the barrier despite me having right away in the merge. Slowed down and sped up not allowing me in. Had to full stop. I called to company # and the person I spoke to seemed not to care at all.

After contacting all of the obvious big box stores looking for a certain type of main panel fuse, I was redirected to Rexel. At 4:21 on a Friday, mere minutes before they closed, I spoke with Brett. He looked up the part and advised it was no longer manufactured and they had none in-stock at their location but could have it available for us on Monday. Upon learning we had no power on a hot July weekend, he escalated our situation to his manager James. James, by this time well past closing time, coordinated with their distribution center north of town an after-hours emergency pick up for us. Within the hour we had a new fuse in hand and was able to have an electrician restore power soon thereafter. We are SO GRATEFUL for their helpfulness and excellent customer service. Thank you Brett and James!
