Called Plumbline to repair a clogged drain. The technician (Cameron) was professional and polite and worked to resolve my issue. Unfortunately, he couldn’t fix it so he called a plumber (Travis) to use a camera to diagnose the issue. The guys were here for several hours working to fix my issue. When they were done, they left their work area as clean as when they came. Absolutely recommend.

I had a leak from the main water line coming into my house. I called Plumbline and they sent Will Pollett who immediately recognized the source and he called the excavation team right away. Jonathan Page, master excavation project manager, saved my basement from significant water damage. He was able to get a team together right away to excavate and replace the entire line. Jonathan and his team had the job completed within a matter of hours and they made sure my yard looked good as new before they left. Jonathan and Will were amazing, their quick action truly saved my house from what could have been a very bad situation. Thank you both so much, 10/10 would recommend to anyone else

We are so thankful to have Plumbline in our home. Our technicians David and Patrick performed a remarkable service in scoping our drain system to identify the blockage areas in our sewer and drain system, and provided a solution by recommending a jetting of our sewer and drain system. I felt that after our visit today that all of our questions were answered professionally and with the upmost courtesy. I will continue to invite Plumbline into our home for all of our service needs.

These guys installed a toilet as contractors through Home Depot when we made the purchase there. During installation, the technician had to replace the emergency shut-off valve and riser after it started leaking (it only started leaking after the technician touched it. It didn't do that before). It was $502. I agreed to have it fixed in the moment because it was leaking. I didn't feel like I had a choice. Later that night when I talked it over with my gf, we felt like we got taken. I never got an itemized receipt breaking down the labor and parts. When I called, they sent it. That work wasn't itemized - it showed one cost. They also didn't tell us the pick up fee for the toilet was going to cost $120. I thought we already payed for it. Excuse my ignorance for not asking, but for that cost at least mention its going to cost $120. If I had known that, I would have never agreed to have them pick it up. I would have picked it up myself. A toilet installation we thought we already payed for turned into an extra cost of over $600. I called over there 3 times to talk to the manager - I left a message for the manager once, the other 2 times the people I talked to said the manager would call me back. Nobody called. Nobody left a message. Clearly customer service is not a priority.

I had old cast iron pipes that were disintegrating. The initial work was started and completed immediately but my finish work was a nightmare. I did not get back use of my bathroom until a week after it was supposed too be originally completed. I did have a second bathroom on another level of the house, not the same level as bedroom used. I had 3 appointments to rest my bathroom all cancel(correction my 3rd appt was kept but there were more problems that needed addressed so no work could be done which would have been discovered had they kept the other appointments) I was not informed of cancelation until I reached out to find out what was going on. I was told my home would be restored to usable condition to the best of their ability which I understood. I didn't know I would be blown off and have to hunt down plumbers and techs to get it done. I'm now reading reviews which I should have done 1st! My toilet is crooked but not rocking because they left broken tile attached to the toilet and addressed it by shimming it. I don't want to be told you can't find my account, I don't want to hear from the people that have been to my home or the people that blew me off! I want to hear from the person or people getting most of my $27,865 profit after cost! I want someone to come to my home and see if this looks like good workmanship!
Lee with Plumbline did get back to me and addressed the issues right away. I feel more satisfied having been listened to and problems addressed. Thank you Lee
