  We had Plumbline out to look at our Boiler/ Baseboard Heat as it was not working. First “Technician” did a repiping and replaced a Pump to no avail. He was here 3 times and it was apparent to me he had no clue about the brand of Boiler we had (Laars Mini Therm). He had a second “Technician come out who had a bit more knowledge. He was here twice and showed me a bad connection on a circulation Pump and recommended a Warranty voiding repair to bypass the bad pump which I declined. So after big money spent we are left holding the bag. Pump is still faulty. This Company is all about overcharging and using customers as a training ground for their Trainee Boiler Techs. I would recommend avoiding them like the plague.

  Plumbline Services have been amazing!! I am writing this review after 24 hours of initially booking my service. I had trouble figuring out which service I needed through the online booking portal so I called. The agent on the phone was so nice and extremely helpful. She booked me for a service the next day and gave me a window of 2-5 MST. The next day another agent called me and asked me if I had time within the next 30 minutes or so as they had some cancellations. I explained I did and he sent an electrician within that time! The second agent on the phone was very kind and helpful as well. I then received a text message with a short get-to-know your electrician blurb along with a link that showed where the service truck was on the map!! The electrician Jay was very helpful and was able to figure out what the issue was with one of our exhaust fans. The purchase of the item was seamless! Jay was very thorough with explaining everything and next steps. So far, I’ve had an amazing experience with Plumbline Services and plan to continue to book my maintenance services through them as well!!

  Plumbline, Services specifically Zachary Schenderlein did an outstanding job. Xcel installed a new meter and regulator and found a couple natural gas line leaks. They red tagged our home and shut off the natural gas supply. Zach was scheduled to come out the following day between 2:00 and 5:00. He finished the previous job and was able to be at our house around noon. Zach was a pleasure to work with, he was extremely knowledgeable, patient and paid attention to every detail. Our home was built in 1974 so some of the gas lines, valves etc. really needed to be replaced. Zach replaced the old stuff with new code approved components. He double tested the entire system once the work was completed to ensure there were no leaks. I would not hesitate to recommend Plumbline Services and Zach for any plumbing needs.

  Martin came out to our home today to replace the water filters in our home filtration system installed by Plumbline last year, he went above and beyond through his entire visit with us. He was polite and professional, and when the pressure valve of the 'big blue' filter appeared to be acting up, he interupted what was surely a busy day to replace the big blue filter housing at no cost to us to ensure we didn't have any water leak issues should it act up after his visit. Martin stayed in communication with us throughout his visit, and was thorough in testing the water quality before and after his visit to make sure the new filters were doing their job. We recently signed up for the Plumbline VIP plan, Martin's visit at our home reenforced our decision to commit to using Plumbline moving forward at our home.

  My water heater went out this last Friday. I called a few places and either they did not call me back by Monday or they quoted me an outrageous amount without asking me any details about what brand of water heater I wanted, what capacity or when they could resolve my problem. This morning, I reached out to Plumbline and the woman who took my call was very professional, friendly and overall good communicator. I mentioned that my wife was having two medical procedures and I was facing a very challenging week. When I asked if a technician could come over today, she put me on a brief hold and after a few minutes I had a 3 p.m. appointment the same day and no trip charge. I went on to explain that I wanted a 50 gal A.O. Smith gas conventional heater and my address. Shortly after scheduling my appointment, the technician, William P. Called me to let me know he would be my technician and if I wanted him to come sooner, he was only 30-45 minutes away from my home. He sounded very friendly, professional and eager to help me. When Will came to my home, he was just as polite and friendly in person, quickly introduced himself, shook my hand and looked very professional in his crisp uniform. Being a military man and 1st Responder, I know a thing or two about first impressions and properly wearing an uniform. Will went over my needs and things I was looking for in his tablet and everything was very clear and reasonable. To sum up, just like the professional commercial, they gave me a very fair price, outstanding service, and a great quality water heater with all the permitting and safety assurances for my family. Will was very neat, tidy in his installation, went over all vales, filters (anodes)/model details and owner's manual. Payment was seamless and better price than other companies. At the end, Will thanked me for choosing Plumbline and gave me his business card in case I thought of other questions or needed anything else in the future. After he completed the job and left my house, a follow-up call from the office was made the same evening to ensure the process was to my satisfaction. In one sentence, Plumbline is a class act and has earned not only my business, but my loyal support as their customer. I'm Glad I called and they exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Plumbline.
