- MWMadeline Washington1 day ago1.0Came into our house red tagged and without our authorization disabled our system saying we needed a new furnace due to holes in our heating exchanger which should have us breathing dangerous levels of C02 but doesn’t let us know he disabled the system and then proceeded to not check the c02 levels. He couldn’t justify anything and we got a second opinion that technician was great did the same scope said that’s rust not holes and checked the c02 levels they never went above 2 parts per million he questioned why he would not only tag but disable a system without even checking. Left my family freezing during the first cold snap of 2026.

He also took the time to show us some other potential issues forming in our fire mitigations system that could cause future issues that we're now able to address in advance. We chose Plumbline because they are a member of our local Chamber of Commerce, but we will be recommending them in our community because of their excellence on he job!

I would assume the tech got paid a commission and was trying to scam me into buying a new heater, knowing it was a rental property I called Ferguson plumbing supply and they had 20 in stock. Would never call them again. More than unhappy I’m a little pissed off that they would lie to make a sale

Unfortunately he was unable to fix the issue and had to call in a supervisor to assist. His supervisor Faran showed up and my wife and I went from being completely in the dark to knowing exactly what our issue was and option on how to fix it. So appreciative of the patience with me and kindness showed to us during the entire process.
