They assisted with the insurance company, and when the claim was denied due to shingle failure, they helped me submit and obtain payment from a manufacturer warranty claim, and worked with me to make it as affordable as possible. I had a complicated situation, and they stuck with me the entire way. I went with a very high quality, locally made stone coated steel shingle so that this roof will never need replacing for the rest of my life. It looks gorgeous, and it's done right. Special Thanks to Nathan, who went above and beyond with communication and service.
