    Micah found the loose connection and resolved the malfunctioning light. They were knowledgeable and thorough even though it took a long time finding the loose connection. I would have them come back again if needed He had to take all light fixtures and on off switches to find the one that was giving 81 watts but not 120 watts. Great patience in finding the problem. Thanks guys.

    Just had the sewer mainline cleared by Levi! He did a fantastic job and was very thorough in explaining possible causes and things to keep an eye on to avoid future problems. Called Bell and left info, Macy called me back shortly after. She took all the details of the problem, contacted Levi and he was there in about 30 minutes! He took care of my drain and after a chat he was gone. Whole process from first call to final handshake was about 90 minutes! Could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you!!

    I needed furnace replacement after mine failed completely. Bell quoted ~$11,000 for the job, which they said would require 4-5 installers working a full day. Primary Issues: Missed Appointment: On the scheduled installation day, no one showed up. When I called, I learned the furnace hadn't arrived and no one had been dispatched. No one bothered to inform me and I lost a day of work I had taken off to be here for the install. Installation Day: When the rescheduled appointment finally happened, only 2 installers arrived and completed the work in half a day (not 4-5 people for a full day as originally described to me). While the installation itself worked properly, they left behind a bit of a mess and zip tie ends that needed cleanup which was disappointing. Electrician Delays: The electrician arrived around 4pm but discovered he was missing a necessary part and had to leave to get it, pushing completion to later in the evening. Bottom Line: The installation functions correctly, but the service fell far short of professional standards. Poor communication, missed appointments, inaccurate time estimates, and lack of attention to detail left me feeling the $11,000 price tag didn't match the service quality. If you use Bell, I strongly recommend proactively managing your appointment rather than trusting their scheduling and communication.

    Beware of Applewood Plumbing. Check the reviews on other sites. Never join their Gold Club it is a scam. They are very below standard at customer service and scheduling. They do not show up when scheduled. They take pride in recording your conversation so they can defend their unethical business practices. As a gold club member they never showed up. They also require their service techs many who are talented but controlled by Josh Ward the owner, to find something wrong in an inspection and charge very high prices. They are known to take advantage of older people. Stay away! And they removed my last review so they control the google review. I would highly recommend Bell Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. They are customer focused and do a professional job! Applewood gets one star. Bell gets 5 stars.
