  Furnace stopped working on New Years and Mike from Bell was out to us within the hour. The woman at Bell who took my initial call was incredibly kind and worked quickly to find a tech to help. Mike took time to explain the issue and was able to fix the problem in a short amount of time. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the service. He also followed up timely with some questions I had. I would highly recommend Bell and Mike specifically.

  Micha was very professional in his conduct. H appeared to be knowledgeable in his works. He finished his work in plenty of time and asked if there was anything else that needed to be done. I was satisfied with I am somewhat disappointed in the charges that we had to pay. I was quoted $99 dollars when I called for the service but was charged over $200. That amount should have been made clear to me at that time. I chose. Bell company based on the figure I was quoted. The charge seemed to.be excessive for the ten minutes of work that wa performed.

  The following are reviews for services I recieved from Bell Plumbing over last month November and December/2025: Tomas Magallan from Bell Plumbing provided excellent service to correct a leak caused by a broken pipe in the wall. He quickly corrected the problem and was pleasant to work with. ******************************* Vuk Slavkovic from Bell Plumbing did an excellent job resolving issues with my 40-year-old boiler. He clearly explained what needed to be done and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. He has visited my home multiple times, has been consistent in the quality of his service, and is always pleasant to work with. ************************************** Steve Wetzbarger, an electrician from Bell Plumbing, resolved an issue we had with the hard-wired connection from our old dishwasher. He converted the wiring to a standard plug for the new dishwasher we were installing. Steve provided excellent, timely service and was very pleasant to work with. ************************************ Dylan Secrest, a plumber from Bell Plumbing, installed a new dishwasher and corrected several issues with the kitchen sink plumbing. He provided excellent service and was very pleasant to work with. Thanks, Guys, I really appreciate your work and professionalism.

  We have just received a services from Bell Plumbing and electric. First, their senior advisor, Mr. Joe DeFelice came to diagnose the problem and also answer that question for installing a Water purification system. Then Mr. Jordan King came to fix the problem with our kitchen sink. They were both extremely professional and competent. The service needed was provided with a smiling face. There was an estimate before the job and after the job was completed it was exactly the same amount. From their answering service to their dispatcher, everything worked in synchrony. I’m very impressed with the professionalism and the service that this company provides and recommend them to everyone wholeheartedly.

  Levi came to troubleshoot water backing up in basement utility sink & also drum of washer. Main sewer line determined to be clear. This was my initial concern. I thought to open drain at lower front of LE washer, & water came gushing out. Filter was clear & I do drain a little, periodically. Levi then tested drainage flow which was then good. He was very calm & patient as he went through his checklist. Appreciated having his help. Bell is always so prompt & thorough! Thanks!
