  I've had plumbing, electrical, and HVAC service done by Bell, and I cannot be happier with their level of service -- both in the outcomes they delivered and the responsiveness to our needs. I especially appreciate their no-pressure sales -- they provided the information and let me as the client make the choices. I took bids from multiple firms, and they provided the best value for what we paid. Special shout outs to the electrical team Justin, Steve, and Nick who did phenomenal work addressing our electrical needs. Their expertise, craftsmanship, and customer service impressed me the entire time. I'm definitely going to hire them again for my plumbing, electrical, and HVAC needs.

  Quoted me 1800 for what ended up being a 100 dollar part and 10 minutes of work. Granted, I am an electrician, but there’s no reason this should’ve been anything more than a 400 dollar service. (Furnace repair)

  Whole package, water heater, furnace,air conditioner, electric panel all new, to replace existing units. Kwincii was our plumber, Emilio and Omar installed the furnace and air conditioner,Trey installed the electric panel, Steve did the electrical for the furnace and air conditioner and Kathy took care of the money issues, everyone was great, professional, kind, answered all my questions and concerns, all service was done with minimal interruptions to my day or to my condo, everyone cleaned up after the work including vacuuming the floor, and Kathy got all the paperwork and monies figured out for me. Very happy with everyone and how everyone did the work. Give everyone a day off with pay, all deserve it, thank you for making my life better

  Bell was hired a little over a year ago when we had a problem with our boiler for the hot water and radiant floors. The tech didn't know what he was doing and within a day, we were throwing over $1000 of parts at a 7-year-old boiler. I called a neighbor who's a GC and has his guy come out. The drain was clogged and he showed me how this is the first troubleshooting step in the manual. I kept my return visit with Bell and had their manager come out with the tech to show him it was fixed and how. They credited me all the labor back, but not the parts. 1-1.5 years later I am still get solicitation calls from Bell for service. Calling them to get yourself removed from their calling list leads to a queue to talk to a virtual assistant. There is so much wrong here with the Bell experience, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

  We had an electrician come out to check out a ceiling fan and an outlet we were having problems with. Steve, the electrician, was very knowledgeable and very polite. He checked out the situation and told us what needed to be done. He told us how much this would cost and got our approval before starting the work. The company was very good about texting and letting us know where the technician was and when he would be here. Steve called us when he got into our driveway to let us know he was here. They honored a coupon we had. I feel the service and policies of this company are excellent and honest. We will definitely use them in the future.
