  I can highly recommend 888 Heating and Air-Conditioning. We have needed them twice and they have been very responsive. Colin was incredible in the amount of time he spent with us and all the information he shared. Everything is up and running perfectly.

  We lost our heat on MLK, the coldest of the week. I called 888 and they were able to send a tech out and fix the problem. Joe was outstanding. His service skills and professionalism top rate. He walked me through exactly what happened to the heater. Joe got the heater back up and running in 5 minutes. Joe was able to take the time and walk me through and show me how to fix it when it happens again. Unfortunately our heater is 22 years old and we already had fixed 3 times already and knew it was time to look at getting a new one. He was able to to have Caleb come out same day and give us several options. We found a plan that fit our budget and the 888 team was out at my house not only putting a new heater in , but also a hot water heater and AC ( we never had ac at this house) the next day. The service for the team is amazing. They wanted to and made sure your satisfaction was top priority. The craftmanship of the install is top grade. I highly recommend the 888 team for any of your HVAC work .

  My new HVAC system was installed today and I could not be happier that I decided to go with 888 Heating! I called on a Friday afternoon for a quote and was scheduled right away for the following Monday. I received quotes from 3 other HVAC companies and the combination of the level of customer service and the reasonableness of the quotes made 888 the obvious choice. Josh was incredibly thorough in his assessment of my needs. He was patient with all of my questions and provided explanations in terms that I (someone who does not understand HVAC systems) could understand. He gave me a wide range of options to choose from and I didn’t feel any pressure to go with a “fancier” system than I needed. His level of communication with me after the quote appointment was wonderful—he gave me his undivided attention when I had additional questions on the phone. He even stopped by for a while on the day of the install. The install itself was also great. Walter and Andres arrived on time and gave me a complete rundown of everything they had done and how my new systems work at the end of the day. Walter noticed a small leak on my hot water heater and he fixed it, even though they were not there for the water heater! Josh, Walter, and Andres were all professional and super friendly. I’d highly recommend 888 to anyone needing heating and/or cooling services!

  Literally one of the best HVAC companies out there! We had the pleasure of working with Josh on our install and let me tell you he was and still is the best customer service representative for 888. He went out of his way to help on our needs and exceeded expectations! I would HIGHLY recommend 888 heating for your AC and Heating install. Clean, professional and down right one of the best companies I have worked with. They are straight forward with what they do and not once did I feel like just another customer...Communication is always there and not once did I have to worry. These guys are the best and I highly recommend give them a call and get these guys to work on your HVAC. 10/10 would gladly do work with them again!
