  After a nightmare experience with Don's Garage and the door still wasn't right after 5 visits and many hours I reached out to A1 Doors. I dealt with Josh to get the right door and pricing after explaining my previous situation to him. He was very empathetic and replied quickly, even on a weekend day when I truly didn't think I would hear back until Monday. He let me go see the door before hand and take pictures of the labels to make sure what was delivered to me was what I paid for. The Technician Daniel was phenominal. He was organized, methodical, efficient, answered my questions, cleaned up after himself, and pointed out the warped rod before I even had to point it out. He had a very high level of integrity! They offered to replace the next day but I had to wait until the end of the week due to my schedule. I also asked Daniel to let me know things that were done wrong by the previous company and he told me they put in an 8FT cable for a 7FT door and that is why it was not lowering correctly, the tension was off. I kept saying to the other company this is not right, not normal and loud! Something is wrong and it was! When my motor goes out they will be the only company I call! Finally a company that offers great customer service, honesty, quality and a fair price. They stand by their work with pride. KUDOS to all of the employees of this company for a great job.
