Donovan Maestes was our technician for this tune up of our 20+ year old AIR conditioner. His courtesy and attention to detail is outstanding as well as his knowledge. With the tools they use, he is able to tell us the exact condition our AIR conditioner is in and gave us options. There are a couple things indicating the unit is starting to show it's age that could be addressed; however we decided it's time to start saving up for a new one.should start saving up for a new one. There was no pressure from Donovan either way.Very nice to have the heads up!
