They were able to closely match the original hardwood flooring where there are no observable differences in the wood batches. Also, I love how tardy they are (unusual amongst contractors!), the office staff especially Katie, were awesome. The project manager Justin was also exemplary in his customer support. I love these guys!

The finished result looks fantastic and I truly love how everything came together. The tile installation was excellent. The installer communicated clearly, explained the plan for cuts and grout lines, and delivered a clean, level result that blended in well with the existing tile. The wood refinishing had some issues at first. The subcontractor who initially handled it, Victor, left the transition between the tile and wood uneven and unfinished. He also dropped my table and spilled stain onto my grass. I would not recommend hiring Victor for any flooring work. Thankfully, the company corrected the issues. Justin came out, communicated professionally, and fixed the problem the right way. He replaced the wood piece next to the tile, painted and polished it to match, and left me with extra materials for future use. The final product is exactly what I hoped for, and I appreciate the effort it took to make it right. While I would encourage others to ask specifically who will be doing the work, I am very happy with the outcome and glad I stayed patient through the process.
