  Be VERY careful using this guy. Ever since his wife left him he is out doing very shady business. He just came and pulled the pump from the bottom of my well and got mad and left in a storm peeling out of my driveway leaving us with 80’ of hose coming out of my pump house and no water to the house or property. The person I found to fix what he had done asked me if it happened to be Dr. Water well that did this to me. It indeed was and I’m not the only person he’s done that to recently. PLEASE BE CAREFUL when contacting this crazy person.

  Our water went out and we reached out to Doctor water well. They came out to assess the situation the next day. They did absolutely nothing to assist us. Lady who came out told us it could be many things or nothing at all. She left and we were none the wiser. She charged us $90.00 and was on her way. How is it they charge $90.00 and have no resolution or suggestions? Went with Boulder Water Well they were out the same day found the problem and had it fixed .

  Tom has been doing this since I was a twinkle in my daddy's eye. And his dad did it before that. His expert understanding and state of the art heavy duty pumping equipment are often on loan for big jobs other companies can't do. And Jenny his partner in crime is the toughest stongest damn woman I have ever seen in my life. Plus she makes great cookies. Tom in in such high demand you might have to wait especially in the summer but it's very much worth it. He's quick and to the point and has a no nonsense work ethic that is a dying art. He does his best to supply high quality American made products. In favor of foreign manufactured pumps... When and where he can. But if you want any pump in a hole he will put it in.

  My wife an I started having issues with our water pressure a few weeks ago. Doc Well Water sent out their team in a timely fashion. They were polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to show me all the tests and trouble shooting they went through in order to diagnose (pun intended) the problem. After they replaced our pump, motor, and switches, they took the time to educate me on proper well maintenance and care of our system. I highly recommend this company. Prices are fair and they do not try to over sell you, either in labor or unnecessary parts. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
