  Quick and honest with their opinion. It's hard to believe companies like this when the service is so expensive as you feel like they are trying to take advantage of you but precision plumbing, tech Sean Finn in particular, seemed very honest in what needs to be done, also providing options making me not feeling super pressured, and gave me the whole picture if I went either direction. Thank you for your help today! Also want to note they were on time and they tried to come earlier but I missed their call so they came when scheduled.

  Patrick was not only knowledgeable and efficient, but he also took the time to educate my husband and me about the repairs needed so that we could make good decisions about how to prioritize both today’s work and work that lies ahead. We could not have been more pleased! Precision is the company I call first now. They do the work right every time.

  Bradley went above and beyond to work with me to fix my problem. He was able to quickly identify the problem and troubleshoot options that would be most cost effective for me is the homeowner. He was up front and honest about the charges prior to doing the work. He is someone I feel I can trust for my plumbing needs.

  Gene Montiel was the technician that came to my house, very professional got right to work found the problem immediately. My bathroom light switch had previously been wired wrong which blew my breaker box. It could have and would have started a fire, I was shocked beyond belief what it had done to my light switches. I am so grateful he knew what he was doing, rewired it all showed me and told me what and why he was doing it. I feel safe now and will be using precision again if needed. Thank you Gene.

  Wish I could give them zero stars. I had Precision Plumbing come out to my home to look at a leaking heating line. During the visit, I was told the technician would need to speak with a supervisor and that someone would follow up with options and pricing. I was charged a dispatch/service fee for the visit, which I understood at the time because I expected to receive the promised follow-up. Unfortunately, that follow-up never happened. About a month after the visit, I called the company twice and was told someone would get back to me, but I never received a response. I also sent an email when I still hadn’t heard anything. Meanwhile, the upstairs of my home had no heat while I was waiting to hear back. I understand that things can occasionally fall through the cracks, but charging a service fee and then failing to provide the promised estimate or return calls was very disappointing. At the very least, I expected the courtesy of a follow-up or some communication about next steps. Instead, I was left hanging after two phone calls and an email. Do not trust Precision Plumbing & Heating.
