  I needed to get water heater maintenance done. Did some research and Precision at a decent price of $49. Tyler arrived exactly at 8:01 AM and did outstanding work and explained everything. Now I feel confident my water heater works well and I know what to look for for any issues. Thanks Precision and Tyler for a great work. I am a very satisfied customer.

  Devon did a great job, and also found a serious line break before it became a bigger problem. He was very professional and kind, which meant a lot to me. Then Manny supervised a major repair, which I'm also pleased with, especially since he explained the whole process and made sure it was done right. After that, Brian did a great job on a tankless water heater, he was also very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Precision Plumbing Heating is great, highly recommended.

  Cliff and Jeff did a thorough inspection of my two furnaces. They used an endoscope (like the device your doctor uses to check your colon :) to inspect the heat exchanger. They made prudent recommendations for ongoing observation and installation of a surge protector. They were on time and communicated well before and after their visit. They returned to install two surge protectors and a wet switch to protect my furnaces and home from expensive damage. Job well done and on-time!

  Justin and Anthony from Precision Plumbing provided outstanding service for me today. I needed to have both my water heater and furnace replaced! They were very emphatic, kind, and professional. They provided me with options, and were not at all aggressive with their approach. They were extremely patient with my questions and concerns, and left me feeling assured that I had chosen the right people and company to manage the work I needed to have done in my home. Thank you Precision Plumbing for always being there for our plumbing, heating, and AC service needs since 2007! Precision Plumbing also has excellent customer service! When you call to schedule service, you truly feel like the person on the other end of the line truly cares about your issues. To me, that level of service really matters!! Thank you, Precison!!

  I am highly disappointed with my experience with Precision Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electric. I called specifically to confirm the price of a service before booking, and after receiving a clear quote, I moved forward with an appointment. On the day of the scheduled service, a representative called to tell me the price I was quoted "wasn't correct." Instead of honoring the commitment they made when I booked, they informed me they would provide a "new price" only after reviewing the situation in person. This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic. It is a shady business practice to lure customers in with one price only to change the terms the moment the service is supposed to begin. A reputable company honors its word and its quotes. I highly discourage doing business with a company that lacks this level of integrity. Save yourself the time and find someone honest. ***Update: Despite the owner’s public response, there has been no private outreach or follow-up as promised. My original rating remains unchanged.***
