  This is the most experienced company I have worked with in Northern Colorado. The techs are polite, patient and knowledgeable on the more complicated systems.

  I’ve had several problems with my thermostat since it was installed and IMS has been great and following up and continuing to troubleshoot to find the problem. Hopefully today it was resolved we will know soon. But they are always courteous and true to their word. Both Kevin and Elijah came to my house today and spent two hours trying to find out and intermittent problem which is always the hardest ones to find. But they were both great and very Personable!

  From start to finish - even with tax preparation data for tax credit- this team understood, met and exceeded ALL of our expectations!! What a great decision we made with IMS! We highly recommend them!

  We were referred to IMS by friends who had a great experience and we had the same. Fantastic from start to finish. Very thorough in explanation and installation. Our old furnace broke and the team was out quickly to review and provide options for the replacement we wanted. IMS was knowledgeable on rebates, codes, and product solutions. The install team was amazing. I had a new replacement like this done at a previous house so knew a bit what to expect and they exceeded my expectations. They got an electrician out to install an outlet out by the A/C unit to ensure we were in code compliance. Everything was inclusive in the price, no nickel and diming. They get it right. Thanks Franklin and team.
