- SWSally WestJan 27, 20261.0Went in yesterday and two employees were restocking and the young girl was sitting in the front playing a video game. Didn't even ask if we needed help. The phone was ringing and the gentleman went around and answered the phone.The other lady stopped what she was doing and helped us. Poor management... If she is not going to help customers why is she there that store is extremely busy. We will be going somewhere else for our plumbing supplies.
