They walked me through the entire claims process, including an appeal when the insurance company initially denied the claim. They communicated well through the entire process, did excellent work, and had multiple review points to ensure the work was completed to our satisfaction. One of the best parts of working with them was that everyone provided the same level of excellent service. I interacted with 5 different people in their organization throughout the project and the experience was great all around.

What really helped keep me from tearing my hair out at the roots was, the help I received from the team over at Summit. Isaiah, Tyree, Mae and the owner Dave. Not a hint of bad work ethic like I have received in the past. I wasn't surprised by anything along the way either. Whether it was dealing with the money (no pressure to pay all the first check up front), the insurance not wanting to approve things that needed it, communication about meetings and install. There was no issues. Its a well put together operation and I appreciate all that they've done for me and my family.
