- RBR BNov 11, 20241.0To say we got lucky for having a bad experience here which then led us to a different builder is an understatement. The sales person we dealt with was beyond horrible. He wanted us to sign everything right away. They’re just pushing homes left and right because of their quota. They have no regards when it comes to customer service. Rude folks here, save your money and go elsewhere. You can tell the quality of the home isn’t there compared to others like TriPointe or Bridgewater Homes.
- CMCory ManningMay 19, 20241.0No warranty fallow up at all. Don’t spend your money with this builder. Bottom of the barrel. I’ve own 2 new homes prior to our purchase with Richmond homes. This experience was by far the worse. Never came back for paint issues. Electrical issues. Blinds missing and the list goes on. Was working with a couple warranty people and it seems they can’t get anyone to show up for warranty work. Please take your money to a builder that cares. This is month 14 with these issues and still haven’t heard from anyone. DONT BUY RICHMOND HOMES!!
