- IMIan McCauleyJan 16, 20265.0I had a great experience with Will at window and glass plus. They helped ensure I ordered the right replacement window double pane and ever dropped it off once it was ready. I would highly recommend them for any window and glass issue!

Overall, the team is very friendly, they were prompt to come over and lock in the payment, but did not follow through. Their communication was very poor and they did a poor job for the price tag charged. Pros - Came to my house within a few hours of calling - They were friendly Cons - Poor communication: they took my payment same day and never followed up when they would replace my broken window. I had to personally call in twice and email them to try and get a status. - They charged $125 for labor on a 2ft x 3ft window replacement that took them less then 20 mins to slap together. This doesn’t include the cost of parts. - They did a poor job replacing the window. They didn’t seal the window all the way around, leaving gaps with no silicone. The price doesn’t justify the quality of work and communication.

I spoke with Will the owner and he came out took measurements gave me a price and had it ordered. 4 days later window is in and looks like nothing ever happened. Will and his team are very professional, courteous and fast. There prices are great and there quality of work is outstanding. My wife and I are very happy and will use them again if future issues are encountered again. Thank You
