- KCKim CampbellOct 15, 20255.0What an incredible, active and welcoming community! Kevin, our sales representative, is extremely professional, knowledgeable and is so enjoyable to work with. I must say, he was extremely patient with us as we visited the community multiple times before contracting on a home. He always took his time, thoroughly answering our many questions! Thank you Kevin and Oakwood homes for an amazing experience all around. The neighbors are extremely welcoming and there are so many enjoyable events to attend. This is such an incredible place to call home!
- FLFernando LopezSep 6, 20255.0I went for 2 day trip to check out the housing market and I saw "the reserve" on the green valley and stop by the office and I was greaded by Kevin Soresen and we starter w a very casual conversation of what i need and want from a hose as well of the size and price range , he understood my needs and showed me 4 houses of the "explorer" model and right about the price i was looking for . at no point he was trying to upsell or show me nothing above what I look for, but he mention there is more option if I were interested. We walk into the "farmhouse" AKA club house, beautiful building w all the amenities you can imagine and the pool w the infinite edge looks so inviting. I met a few of the residents an all seem to be happy. We spend quite some time around model houses and club house and I felt like I know him for a long time. I recommend him to show you around and give you options. Anyway if you happen to be looking for good community you should stop by and check it out . I plan to visit again but this time w my wife se we can make a joint decision . I appreciate Kevin's and we are going back w him .
