- BBBAug 24, 20251.0Been here for only 2 years and it’s already starting to feel ghetto. HOA is almost non-present anymore. Neighbors who are a mix of owners and renters are not taking care of their lots and have weeds growing 10 ft tall. The art near the park is consistently vandalized. The speeding around the community is outrageous with people going 60+ mph past the Aurora Highlands P-8 school. We need more speed bumps around the entire community. When we first moved here it was quiet now all we hear is cars with modified exhausts flying around the streets. There are doughnut marks on the roads from cars doing burnouts. We were over promised on the quality of the community and ended up being pretty disappointed. We have already started discussing our exit plan. I will raise my score on this review if there are speed bumps implemented or strategic enforcements on speeding, specifically in front of the elementary school. There are children constantly walking along those sidewalks, and we have to cross the street with our dogs to ensure that the lawn in front of the Richmond townhomes remain in good condition with cars FLYING down the road at all hours of the day.
