Rachel is an absolute doll and went above and beyond to help us relay info, get parts shipped/returned coordinate onsite, and relay between for monitoring team etc. The techs are rockstars. Our systems were redesigned so the blueprints were off, and the arrays are spread over 3 buildings on the hospital. They stayed an extra 2 hours to locate and repair the components necessary and they even gave us a break on the labor. We will definitely be retaining them for the future for all of our plants. You should too!
