  The Regal team has been wonderful to work with. We had a leak from the unit above. The team worked with a sense of urgency especially since there were health concerns. They acted with care to ensure there was no mold growth and that the repairs were done with the least disruption for us. Everyone at Regal shared the same sense of pride to help, resolve quickly and ensured a job well done. We are grateful for them and the services they provide.

Their team responded quickly, handled the water damage restoration efficiently, and took care of the entire flooded basement cleanup process with great attention to detail.   From start to finish, my experience with regal restoration was excellent. Dealing with water damage is stressful, but their team made the entire process smooth, fast, and reassuring. Response Time: They responded quickly and arrived exactly when they said they would. In an emergency situation, that kind of reliability matters, and they delivered. Professionalism & Knowledge: The technicians were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. They took the time to explain what caused the issue, what needed to be done, and how the drying and restoration process would work. Quality of Work: They thoroughly removed the water, set up professional-grade drying equipment, and monitored everything carefully to ensure no moisture was left behind. They were very detail-oriented and didn’t cut corners. Communication: I was kept informed every step of the way. They answered all my questions clearly and honestly, which gave me peace of mind during a stressful situation. Overall Experience: It’s rare to find a company that combines fast service, expert work, and great customer care, but regal restoration does exactly that.   Great experience with Regal Restoration in Cherry Hills Village! Rob and his team at Regal Restoration helped us with water damage in our bathroom, handled the mold removal, and worked directly with our insurance claim, which made the whole process way less stressful. Rob was easy to communicate with, explained everything clearly, and kept things moving smoothly. The work turned out awesome — the bathroom looks brand new and we absolutely love it.   Regal Restoration did an outstanding job helping us through a very stressful situation. We had major water damage in our basement, and they handled everything from the initial inspection to the full restoration with total professionalism.
