  Someone suggested Regal Restoration to me when a closing inspection was done on the sale of my property. The inspector thought they found mold/mildew, so I contacted Regal to come give a consultation and look more closely for if mold mitigation was needed. I spoke with Chris, who took the necessary information about my situation, and then he put me in touch with Cade. Cade came and did a very thorough job of the area in question. He took tons of pictures and did a few tests, and then was able to turn out the report results in the same day, due to meeting certain closing deadline requirements. He was able to reassure me that there wasn't actually any mold/mildew showing, which in turn saved me from spending a lot of money. The consultation was free, and he did spend a fair amount of time ensuring everything looked ok. More so, I was reassured by his honesty, given I'm out of state. I always worry when many others could easily have taken advantage of me being out of state or my realtor being there in my place.   We discovered mold behind a cabinet in our guest bathroom and called Regal Restoration for help. From the very beginning, they showed up on time, communicated clearly, and worked directly with our insurance company—which made the entire process far less stressful. Regal handled everything from the initial mitigation all the way through the rebuild, and every step was completed with a high level of professionalism. We had already been talking about remodeling our guest bathroom for a while, and after seeing how thorough and well-done the mold remediation was, we decided to move forward with a full remodel. They absolutely knocked it out of the park. The rebuild was completed with incredible attention to detail, and the entire project was finished in just a couple of weeks.   My job was a real mess. The responsibility of the damage had to go through multiple contractors, HOA, roofing company, and personal home insurance. It took many months before we saw funds. Regal Restoration was in my corner the whole way. Like a good friend, I knew I could count on them. What set Regal Restoration above the rest was their commitment to the customer above all else. Regal Restoration is not going to nickel and dime you, Regal is going to work with you and help you solve the problem, no matter what roadblocks come up. Regal Restoration started working for me before we knew how much insurance would pay, or even who was responsible. They literally saved me thousands of dollars by being good honest people and starting the work right away, instead of waiting for responsibilities and funds to shake out. They explained everything they would be doing and made me feel like my home is going to be okay and I was in good hands, even when everything in my house was in water and no one was taking responsibility. Anytime I had any questions about the work or the process, or even insurance questions, I felt confident that I could call Regal and have a positive and productive conversation. They have a lifelong customer in me, and I'll always recommend Regal Restoration. 7/5 stars. They went above and beyond my expectations from day one, to day 245.   The Regal team has been wonderful to work with. We had a leak from the unit above. The team worked with a sense of urgency especially since there were health concerns. They acted with care to ensure there was no mold growth and that the repairs were done with the least disruption for us. Everyone at Regal shared the same sense of pride to help, resolve quickly and ensured a job well done. We are grateful for them and the services they provide.
