- JSJoseph SmithJan 2, 20191.0I visited the Aurora showroom after deciding to remodel my kitchen. A few minutes with the cabinet designer had me feeling confident they would be my vendor of choice. This was the worst remodeling decision I could have made. After receiving two cabinet quotes nearly 50% more than the budget came in with I started getting concerned. Next, I spent two weeks trying to pry an understanding of the cost out of the designer (they don't have sales people, so nobody really cares about helping you through pricing issues) who eventually told me she couldn't spend any more time on my project until I knew exactly what I wanted. Keep in mind, I have no kitchen at this point because the demo work had been started...OK, fine. I then worked with another vendor (Cabinet Warehouse) who made the process so simple it had me wondering why I ever started here in the first place but, I decided to give Ferguson one last crack at winning my business. I delivered all the designs and measurements to them and requested a total price. They came back and said they would have to pass all together because it would take another 1-2 weeks just to get me a price. How these guys are possibly staying in business is beyond me. I will do my best to prevent my friends and family from ever shopping here and you should too! Good luck, Joe
