- PAPerla A-4 days ago5.0Made a last minute change due to defective parts I order else where.I was in a desperate situation . I spoke with Jasmine who took care of work my order and invoice and traveled down to the warehouse on E 19th . It was minutes from closing and Oscar came in to save the day. He not only helped me get my order and parts but him and his team showed great customer service . If I could give Oscar more than five stars, I would . Thanks Oscar and the Ferguson team !!!
- DNDavid NebenNov 15, 20252.0Needed a Taco recirc pump, couple of guys behind the counter tried to help me find the flange assembly but no luck because it's not sold separately which the main number said it was, now I understand why. Then I decided to get the whole pump which took another 15 minutes after they retrieved the wrong one I was good. Next surprise was the price, $525 with tax! This is $175 more than multiple places online charging full retail. Gotta feel sorry for the poor retail customer right ? Not a chance....

PULL FORWARD TO GET UR COPIES OF THE B.O.L .....Receiving office has restrooms to be noted, so most location now days don't have access to them..
