Done Plumbing has been excellent to work with. They provide appointments that work with your schedule. They show up when they say they will, are courteous, clean and professional. Recently, Daniel and Josh performed complicated installations and repairs at my home. I couldn't be happier! Thank you, Jonathan, for extending affordable estimate pricing. Thank you, Kyla, for scheduling these two plumbers!

I am writing this to express my absolute disappointment with the "service"—if you can even call it that—I have received this week. As a member who pays for a program that supposedly values my business, I have never dealt with a more disorganized, incompetent, and frankly disrespectful operation.
I originally booked for Tuesday, 2/17, making it crystal clear that I have a toddler who naps at 1:00 PM. I was assured I was "first on the list," even getting a text the evening before, confirming a 9:00-9:30 AM arrival. To be called at 1:15 PM—the exact window I told you was impossible—is a joke. To then suggest an arrival after 6:30 PM is insulting.
Against my better judgment, I rescheduled for today between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. I was texted at 2:30, saying someone was on the way and would be there in thirty minutes. Not only did no one show up (again), but when I had to call you at 4:45 PM to find out where your technician was, the dispatcher was clueless. Apparently, the tech started driving to my house, changed their mind, turned around, and went home. The fact that I, the customer, had to inform the company that one of their own employees had abandoned their shift is peak unprofessionalism. I was told I was next on another employee's call list, but it’s now after 7:00 PM, and I haven't heard from anyone yet.
It is glaringly obvious that your management team has zero control over their staff and zero respect for their customers' lives. You clearly prioritize "big money" installations and treat your members like an afterthought.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to a neighbor I disliked, let alone a friend. You have wasted hours of my time, disrupted my child’s schedule twice, and offered nothing but "surprised" reactions in return. You are doing an incredibly poor job.

We were extremely pleased with the ekectrical skills and expertise of Javier and James as they problem-solved and fixed an electrical issue in 1920's home ten days ago. In addition to resolving our issue, they also provided education about how to best maintain our home's electrical system. Electricity seems scary to a non- electrician, and my wife and I both appreciated learning more. We've used Done for maintenance and projects - they are professional, personable, skilled and reasonably priced.

My 25+ year old furnace was dying. DONE repaired it in 2014 and again last year. I decided to go with new heat pump system. Their repair/sales/installation/electrician staff were incredibly professional and effecient. I would highly recommend this company for your Heating/Cooling/Electric needs! They also submitted all information required for the Xcel Energy rebate. Great work guys! Thank you!

I have been with Done Plumbing for a long time and always been happy with their work. This was the biggest job yet and took 2 days. They had to take the cast iron pipes under my townhome and replace with new ones. They did a wonderful job and always kept me posted as to what they were doing and when they would be turning off the heat or water etc. They had to move a lot of things in my basement and nothing was broken and everything put back where it belonged. They worked very hard and were always friendly. I was impressed that everyone had a specific job to do and did it well. I had plumbers, workers that took out the pipe, some with cameras, some that put in the new pipe and mixed the cement to cover it all up. I have pictures and an estimated bill that they went over with me. I am now going to file a claim with my Insurance company to see if I can get some of the money back and they have a special person who just does claims that is working with me. I like that they are a family business and each person has their special job to do. Many thanks to Done Plumbing for a job well done.
