- JMJosh McFerson1 day ago1.0Had a plumber come out cause there was water leaking. Wasn’t a fast leak but there was water and happen to be by hot water tank. I explained to the plumber I didn’t think it was the hot water tank and he was VERY insistent saying “I guarantee it’s the hot water tank. I see these all day” and didn’t look at the pipes we had exposed for him to check. Well new hot water tank in and guess what STILL A LEAK!!!! Shocking it’s coming from where I tried to show him but when a plumber that does this for a living says he is very sure it’s what it is I figured he knew best. Now I just replaced a working hot water heater for absolutely no reason. Highly suggest looking at other plumbers and don’t even bother with this company.

They were thorough in their assessment, great to work with and very mindful/respectful of our home and needs. I’ve used Done for several years now and Carlos and Ashton were the best I’ve worked with yet! I’d highly recommend them to anyone in need of a plumbing job. Ashton even came in on New Years to get us taken care of with no extra charge too. These guys went above and beyond for us. I’m tremendously thankful to them for their great work.

And he also addressed all of our concerns about our plumbing. He gave good advice and he was very friendly and professional and explained things so that we could easily understand what was going on with our plumbing in our home. I highly recommend Done!

- RSRick SchlittlerDec 25, 20253.0I recently had a hot water tank replaced by Done, excelent craftsman ship, and happy with the installation but the price was way out of line. Almost three times the average price for a hot water tank. My wife could not get in touch with me due to me being in the mountians, (no reception) and she is not filmilar with pricing in this county, she is from another country so she made the decision to complete the work thinking this is normal pricing. Im retired on a fixed budget, so this year we will not be going on a vacation sorry to say.
