  Had the best experience ever with a service. I always like to learn more about my equipment and the maintenance for it. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and pointed out a number of easy maintenance items I can easily do to keep my equipment in top notch shape.

  Could not have been more pleased with my interactions with this company. The office staff was quick to answer, gave timely updates and set clear expectations on pricing and timeline. Both techs who worked on our job were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and explained the process well. Our drain clog was tricky and after the first tech came out he suggested a more expensive procedure which was then set up for the next day. When the second tech arrived the following morning rather than jumping into the more expensive procedure right away he tried a few other things first which ended up resolving our issue and saves us thousands. So pleased the techs did right by me and didn’t just upsell to get a deal done. There are other companies that make recommendations for services that are not entirely necessary or not give lower cost solutions a shot first.

  The project was a large job requiring the total replacement of our non-functioning Hot Water Heater. The technician was outstanding in every regard starting from his on-time arrival, communication, care in transporting the heavy heaters up and down the staircase, the physical installation and responding to questions and concerns.

  I had a great experience with Richard Boliter from Done Plumbing. He did an excellent job from start to finish—everything was handled professionally and efficiently. He took the time to explain what he was doing, which I really appreciated, and made sure I understood the work being done. On top of that, he was courteous, respectful, and easy to work with. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. I would definitely recommend Richard to anyone looking for reliable and knowledgeable plumbing service.

  We contacted Done Plumbing after our water heater broke. They didn’t have availability until the next day but still managed to get up on the schedule within hours! Terry arrived and was very thorough with his work he not only looked at the direct problem but also things that could have cause it. He didn’t just tell us what was wrong but showed us as well. He was very transparent with pricing options and options for a new water heater and even gave us estimates for future work that will help prevent this from happening again. He was very understanding about our request for boot covers due to allergies and even offered to wear gloves and a full coveralls which we greatly appreciated! He worked hard and efficiently and was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Very friendly! As unfortunate as it was to have it break he made it a better experience and fully replaced it same day! We could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much Terry and the Done Plumbing team! Ya’ll are wonderful!
