Fast forward to Jan 2026, I began to have problems with one of the doors as it was dragging on the lower track. I couldn’t adjust the wheels/roller and the door was difficult to open and close. I called and made an appointment for the following Monday. I received a call Monday morning and spoke with Brady from Patio Enclosure. We had a brief conversation about the issues and he promptly arrived at the scheduled time with his coworker JD. They both quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired/replaced the wheels on each end of the door. We spoke about upkeep and maintenance on the door & track after which time he also left me with a can of silicone spray for the track. Excellent work by Brady & JD with friendly conversation and workmanship. Patio Enclosure, you gotta keep these guys around, they performed excellent friendly service for your company. GO BRONCOS, GO PATIO ENCLOSURES!!!

They worked quickly, knew exactly what to do, and resolved the issue without any complications. It’s refreshing to have techs who are efficient and courteous. Highly recommend this company and especially Brady and JD.
