They do what they say, they suggest what they think is important and certainly don’t force you to buy something you don’t need just so they can make a commission. Still got several other estimates Coffman was the most knowledgeable about equipment, code requirements, and rebates. Price was also the best. Everything was flawless from the estimate to the finished installation. Operation of the new equipment especially the heat pump was exceptional. Would highly recommend them to friends and family

Jake, our technician, arrived on time, notified us of his arrival prior to arriving, was professional, knowledgeable about our 75 year old radiators and able to diagnose and repair our system in a very short amount of time today. We had unfortunately dealt with another company prior to this that took us 6 days to get a response and they still couldn’t fix our system. We would highly recommend Coffman Company for any of your HVAC projects. The office staff was also very helpful and efficient. Thank you Jake and Coffman Company!
