  Eric just completed our home inspection. He was extremely thorough, took his time, explained his findings before he left, and then provided the report before 8 am the following day. I am a tough critic and I would absolutely recommend him to ANYONE here in OC looking to buy a home.

  Aaron is the best ! I’m using him on a second inspection . He is punctual and very detailed . I have probably dealt with 5 home inspectors over the years and not one of them came close to providing the level of detailed service that Aaron does . He is accessible to answer questions following fast delivery of his very detailed written reports . Recommend him without hesitation . Rene Ramos

  Eric has inspected 2 homes for us and we would not hesitate to call him again. He is very thorough and patient and practical. Knowing that a home inspector cannot "catch everything", we were very happy with how Eric finds as much as possible then will let you know if he believes another inspection is required from another professional. No one likes to spend money on additional inspections but it his honesty, and in front of an agent that just wants to close the deal, that puts him ahead of the rest. Eric also used to build pools I believe and we were very concerned with the pool we were buying because it needed to be resurfaced. Eric assured us it was in good shape and it has been!
