  The service person, Ian was the nicest, helpful and most cheerful plumber I’ve met! It made a stressful situation more pleasant and manageable. He took the time to explain everything and followed up with sending instructions on turning on the pilot light for my water heater. Hall’s plumbing offers reliable and quality service

  Halls Plumbing-Ian responded to my emergency water heater leak on 4/5 Easter Sunday afternoon. He explained his investigation and walked through fixing/replacement options. We settled on a temporary repair at the time to restore hot water and did an emergency water heater replacement in a couple of days.

  William cleared the blockage at the kitchen sink drain quickly and efficiently. He then tested it, took and sent a video of the water draining to me, and left. Eric came on a different day to replace rusted pipes under the same sink which were rusted and leaking. He did the job quickly and was able to do it without having to cut into the wall, which saved me an additional $1K. He then sent photos of the new drainage pipes as well as the rusted pipes. Both plumbers did a great job.

  I have to say the Customer service was exceptional especially the plumber who came out with the estimate and the owner Chris who called me personally with some concerns I had. While cost is a the main concern for most people, customer service and follow-up are just as important. Halls plumbing has that covered !

  Great experience with Hall's Plumbing so far—specifically with Ian, who came out to assess several items flagged on our new home's inspection report the same day we requested estimates. What stood out most: Ian didn't just run through the list and leave. For every item—PRV replacement, water heater assessment, sewer scope—he walked us through multiple options, explained the trade-offs clearly, and let us decide what made sense for our situation and budget. No pressure, no upselling. He also took the time to assess our pipe materials, flagged a few things worth keeping an eye on, and even made us aware of a current deal on sewer scopes. Small thing, but it showed he was genuinely looking out for us rather than just running up a bill. We're still waiting on the formal estimates to come through, but based on the visit alone Ian was exactly the kind of tradesperson you hope to get as a new homeowner—patient, thorough, and straight with you. Will update once the work is complete, but happy to recommend Hall's based on the experience so far.
