They have installed a new AC unit that broke in the summer. They installed new faucets when my old ones were leaking. And checked my furnace as the winter approached. Again, all honest and told me suggestions as if it was “their house”. I am renovating a new house and I told my contractor, the only HVAC repairs I want, have to come from Pearce.
