  We joined Henry Mechanical HVAC program and have had twice yearly furnace +/- AC inspections for our 19 year old unit. At most recent furnace inspection, rust and corrosion were noted on secondary air handler. This is the setting in which carbon monoxide gas can be released throughout the house. A new system was clearly required. Henry's team of Andrew on the sales end, Jake, Rafe and Tyson on the installation and QC end, provided guidance on selection of the heat pump and air handler and the overall install. Their work was great - beyond expectations on professionalism, customer service and attitude. Everything was done according to plan and budget. The necessary retrofit of the components was done with extreme care, and finish work was completed promptly. Really appreciate their care and working with us, and would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

  Brooks was an outstanding representative for Henry Mechanical. He was professional clearly knowledgeable. He actually cleaned and fixed our furnace while evaluating our AC repair! We hadn't had heat all winter because another company had said the furnace was broken and needed parts replaced thay were impossible to find. Brooks climbed up in the attic and had the heat running in under a half hour. He gave us very reasonable options and estimates for the AC replacement and we got the work done this week. He did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. He is also funny, real, and charming with customers. It is rare to find someone who is both a responsible, honest salesperson and possesses solid, reliable technical skills. Brooks is a rare gem. Garrett and Bryan and the rest of the install team were also amazing. The work was done cleanly, timely, and with good attention and explanation provided. They were courteous and funny and Garrett was very knowledgeable. Tyson Roberts came out and did the inspection a week later. He was thorough and explained the permitting inspection process thoroughly. This was the best possible experience and we couldn't be happier. Henry Mechanical will definitely get our business in the future.

  I had a problem with my a/c shutting off unexpectedly after a few minutes of run time. Andrew's evaluation of the a/c unit was very thorough and determined the compressor fan motor was drawing too many amps and overheating. Unfortunately he did not reconnect the fan motor and compressor to the correct capacitor terminals, resulting in too much current to the fan and not enough to the compressor. Andrew most likely reconnected the wires the way he found them. A competing HVAC professional spotted and corrected the error, which actually fixed my original issue with my fan overheating and shutting down. The fan now runs at the correct speed and the compressor runs much better now that it's got enough power.

  I had an excellent experience with Brooks Robertson, a field supervisor for Henry Mechanical. A PG&E person inspected my old furnace and warned me in the morning that I needed a new furnace. I knew from previous research that Henry Mechanical specializes in furnaces for mobile homes and has excellent reviews, so I called them after PG&E left, and Brooks came out within two hours to give me an estimate. He was friendly and personable, completely professional, and straightforward. It was an easy process and a huge relief for me to get this decided and done with his help. Thank you, Brooks! Update: one week later the furnace and air conditioning unit were installed and the workers were completely professional, very focused and hardworking and and very friendly. It was all done in one day. A very positive experience in every way. And I'm very happy with the new furnace and A/C. This all happened in 7 days. Thank you very much Henry Mechanical!!

  I am really happy with the work that Desmond from this company did on the bathtub faucet. It was a bad leak he had to replace some parts. He showed up promptly and he drove to the store to get the part so he can get it done the same day. The price seemed about average from what I looked up on the internet and the service was great. Desmond was very honest and caring and it made it easier to decide to get the job done. The faucet no longer leaks.
