He greeted me, made some small talk, asked about my life (and my kids) and the house. He placed his booties on (which I appreciate) and jumped right to work. After evaluating my system / concerns I had, cleaned out my furnace as an above and beyond service. I can’t say enough good things about and Andrew’s work and I am appreciative of going the extra mile. Well done and thank you!
- HShila Sallady5 days ago5.0I can’t say enough about Uriel Rosas. Wow! I had Moore Home Svcs out to repair a broken furnace. It’s getting cold outside and for a vacation rental heat is critical. They found the problem and their repair was going to cost $6000 or new install for $16,000. I ordered a few electric heaters on Amazon for my upcoming guests and called Henry Mechanical for a second opinion. I was expecting a similar quote. When Uriel fixed the furnace by cleaning the rusty parts I couldn’t believe it. The cost - $99. Given the soft market for rentals this year, this was the brightest spot on a dark cloud. Thank you for going above and beyond Uriel. You are appreciated.
- LLLori Long5 days ago5.0Uri, the technician who came to my home to check on my furnace, was outstanding. I suspected I had rats coming through the floorboard since the new heater was installed a couple of years ago, and I was concerned about turning the heater on. Uri inspected the issue, and I was very fortunate that he had a pest-control background—he found the hole near the gas line. He was kind enough to seal the hole and completely put my concerns to rest. He went above and beyond! Wonderful employee and excellent customer service!
- SFSteve FinkelsteinNov 7, 20255.0I noticed that I was no longer able to control my HVAC system from my I-Phone. After talking to Lennox direct, they said the wireless hub went out. Next, they said to contact the installer. Which I did. Henry Mechanical did a FANTASTIC job. First Uriel came out and confirmed the issue. He determined it was a covered warranty and set up a replacement with a newer thermostat. When it came in, Henry sent Lucas to install and double check the system. Not only were both men personable but were very tidy, clean and quick with the results. I am happy to say I am back "on line". The unit works great and I can have control again from my phone. They were so effective that I decided to sign up for an annual membership which I know will keep me warm in winter and cool in summer. I highly recommend Henry Mechanical for all your HVAC needs. They have now become my first call for ANY service.

He came first to give us an estimate on a job & just a couple of days later he’s back to do the job! When he was here the first trip, he made us aware of other services that Henry Mechanical offered as we thought they only provided plumbing services but we were very happy to hear that some electrical projects we had could also be done by Henry Mechanical! We were able to get an estimator, Jim, out very quickly & we will very soon be getting the few electrical projects completed as well. On top of that, Nate made us aware of their membership program that for a very reasonable monthly or annual fee, we will be able to get basic inspections & projects such as annual draining your water heater, inspecting & doing preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, etc. If you need a good plumber or electrician or any of the other services they offer, give Henry Mechanical in Windsor, CA a call & I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!
