The technician, Lucas Russell, did a great job of walking me through what he did and gave me tips on timely service of which I should be aware in the future. The annual preventable maintenance service is a no brainer. Glad to have professional service for my HVAC system.

He explained and showed me the problem with my 22 y.o. heater which has been wonderful but now nearing it's end of life :-( He is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and explained things, that I don't understand, so I could understand it. I checked out Henry Mechanical and they have very high 5 star ratings. Will be having a new heater installed and I feel relieved and confident they will do a great job :-)

From their receptionists: Debbie and Bella, to their technicians: Nate, Lucas, Andrew, Jake and Tyler ! I honestly can't sing their praises loud enough. They have replaced my Water Heater and my Furnace. The Peace of mind is wonderful ! They went above and beyond helping me. Even up righting a statue in the front of my home as they were leaving ! Answered All my questions and concerns. Nicest people. It speaks volumes of the Owner. I Highly recommend Henry Mechanical.
