- PPPugs PoundJun 25, 20251.0As others have stated about this company Ferni's son who now runs the company is argumentive, unacknowleble, defensive and even spelled my name wrong on receipt completely different name at least he got address right. He broke a tile when changing our hinges on a heavy glass shower door, so we had to call another company as he refused to acknowledge his mistakes. He didn't show when when appointments were set.

Terrible customer service except senior. never again and they can cheat me only one time and I wont recommend their service and I will share my experience with Shower Door Guy to anyone I know.
