Nothing like living on top of an oil field. How long was construction halted because of the spill during drilling? I like in the description that you say conveniently located 30 mins to LA and Irvine for employment. Maybe at 3am going 25-40 miles over the speed limit. Irvine is over an hour and 15 mins during normal times of employment due to traffic and the same can be said if not worse for Los Angeles. Why lie to sell homes? It’s not very becoming.
